Terms of service

This site is operated by FLAMA, a sole proprietorship (“FLAMA”, “we”, “us”), trading from 1500 N Grant Street, Denver, CO 80203. Reach us at support@flamahealth.com, that is the contact address for every purpose in these terms, including notices, and (720) 472-8094 during business hours. Every way to reach us is on the contact page. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 21 to use FLAMA. Not just to buy: that is the floor for the whole site, and we do not knowingly provide anything here to anyone under 21.

Everything we sell in the shop is a research chemical. It is for laboratory research use only and is not for human or animal consumption. Our research-use policy is part of these terms and you should read it before ordering.

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm the order. We can decline any order for any reason, including where we are not satisfied it is for legitimate research.

Orders are settled by the methods shown at checkout, and which ones appear depends on where your order is going. The shop currently takes cash on delivery, in Colorado only. Nothing is paid in advance on that method: we arrange a time, bring the order to you, and you pay the exact amount at the door. Our driver cannot give change. If your address is outside the area we deliver to, checkout will have no method to offer you and we will email you to settle it directly rather than leave you stuck. Where a method that asks you to send funds yourself is offered, your order’s reference is how we match the payment, the page for that method tells you where to put it, and we ship once the payment has cleared and we have confirmed it. Either way your order is held, not lost.

If anything is wrong with your order, we put it right ourselves. That is the commitment below, and it is the one that matters, because the methods we currently offer move money directly from you to us. Cash handed at the door has no card network and no acquiring bank behind it, and neither does a bank transfer or a USDC payment. On those methods there is no chargeback to fall back on, so our own refund promise is what stands in its place rather than sitting on top of something else. We would rather say that plainly than let you find out at the point you need it. Where you pay by card, the protections your card issuer gives you apply as normal and nothing here reduces them.

Because of that, we commit to the following, and it is part of these terms: if your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, incomplete or not as described, or you pay us in error, we will refund you directly, in full, on request. Email us and we settle it ourselves. This is in addition to whatever rights you have by law, and we do not ask you to give any of those up.

We ship to United States addresses only, and an order to an address outside the US is refunded rather than sent. Checkout should stop one being placed at all, but if a non-US destination reaches us any other way we return your money in full rather than attempting the shipment. The single exception to the commitment above is a package that leaves the country afterwards, by a freight forwarder or reshipper you arrange: once it does, you are the importer of record, and goods seized or destroyed at a border are not something we can recover or send again.

If you are offered USDC at checkout and choose it, send only on the network shown there. Cryptocurrency sent on the wrong network is destroyed rather than misdelivered, and is not recoverable by us or by anyone else, the commitment above cannot cover it, which is why the network is stated twice before you send. We deliver within the United States only, including DC and the US territories. We do not ship anywhere else, at any price. Shipping is a flat $12.99, and it is free once your goods total reaches $250. You see the figure at checkout before you place the order, not afterwards. Delivery estimates are estimates, and where a method is paid in advance nothing ships until we have confirmed that payment by hand. Risk passes to you on delivery. It remains your responsibility to know whether these products may lawfully be received at your address, which varies by state.

Returns are limited by the nature of the products, see returns. If something arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery.

FLAMA pays affiliates a commission on orders placed with their code, and a bonus on views of content they post. Anyone in the programme agrees to the rules below, and they are a term of that arrangement rather than guidance.

The reason is the same one that governs everything else we sell. Peptides are supplied for laboratory research only, to people who confirm they are acquiring them for that purpose. A person who follows an affiliate is an audience. That does not make them a researcher, and content that speaks to them as consumers of the product would defeat the basis on which we are allowed to sell at all.

• Never show or describe use in a person or animal. No footage or photograph of a product being injected, ingested, inhaled or applied. No description of having used one. This is the rule the rest of them serve: everything we sell is sold on the condition that it will not be consumed, and content showing otherwise contradicts the basis of every sale we make.
• No doses, protocols, or schedules. No amounts, no frequencies, no cycles, no stacking advice, and no reconstitution instructions framed as preparation for use. A dose is only meaningful to somebody planning to take something.
• No results, before-and-afters, or physique comparisons. Do not attribute a change in your body, your health or your performance to a product, and do not place a photograph of yourself beside one in a way that implies it. A before-and-after is a human trial with no protocol and no ethics board.
• No health, therapeutic or performance claims. Nothing we sell treats, prevents, cures or improves anything in a person. It has not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulator, and saying otherwise is a claim FLAMA cannot stand behind.
• Say that it is research use only, and that you are paid. Any content featuring a FLAMA product carries the research-use-only statement, and discloses that you earn from it. Use a clear label such as #ad or “paid partner” in the post itself, not only in a comment or a link. Disclosure is a legal requirement independent of anything in these rules.
• Do not aim it at anyone under 21, and never at minors. The shop has a floor of 21. Do not run content on channels or formats aimed at people below it, and never at children.

Content that breaks these rules is grounds for refusing a viewing bonus, withholding commission connected to it, and removal from the programme. We would rather tell you before you post than after, so ask us if a piece is borderline.

Affiliates are not employees, spokespeople or agents of FLAMA, and cannot speak for us. Nothing an affiliate says is a representation we make, which is exactly why the rules above exist.

You agree not to:

• Share your account, or let anybody else use it.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff or another user. We will close accounts for this without a refund.
• Upload anything unlawful, or any image of a person who has not agreed to it.
• Attempt to access another user’s data, probe our systems, or get around any access control.
• Buy research chemicals for consumption, or for supply to anyone who intends to consume them.

The site, and the FLAMA name and marks, remain ours.

You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to.

When an account is deleted we remove your profile. Some records, order and payment history in particular, are kept where the law requires it. See retention.

The service is provided as it is.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or opportunity.

We are specifically not liable for any harm arising from consumption of a research chemical, which is sold on the express condition that it will not be consumed.

You agree to indemnify FLAMA against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these terms, in particular from any consumption, resale, or unlawful import of a research chemical you bought from us.

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will tell you by email before any material change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and the courts of the State of Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law where you live.
