The products sold in the FLAMA shop are not for human consumption, not for veterinary use, and not for any form of ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application to a person or animal.

They are supplied strictly as research chemicals for in-vitro study and laboratory experimentation by qualified persons. Buying from us means you accept that and take responsibility for it.

Nothing we sell is a drug, a dietary supplement, a food, or a cosmetic. Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, by Health Canada, or by any equivalent regulator.

No statement made on this site, in any product listing, or by any member of FLAMA staff is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make no claim that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans, because that is not what it is sold for.

You may only place an order if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acquiring the product for legitimate research purposes, and you are qualified, by training, role, or facility, to handle research chemicals safely.
• You will not resell, distribute, or supply the product to anyone for human or animal consumption.
• Your delivery address is in the United States. We do not ship anywhere else.
• You are legally permitted to receive these products in your state.

We ask you to confirm your age, your standing as a researcher, and that you have read the disclaimer below before entering the shop. That confirmation is a term of sale, not a formality.

All products sold through this site are intended solely for laboratory research, analytical, and educational purposes by qualified professionals.

These products are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, injection, ingestion, cosmetic application, or as drugs, food, dietary supplements, or medical devices. By purchasing these products, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that they will be used only in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. The seller makes no representations regarding suitability for any other purpose and assumes no liability for misuse, improper handling, or use contrary to the intended research-only designation.

We deliver within the United States only. All fifty states, DC, and the US territories, and nowhere beyond them. An order placed to an address outside the US is refunded rather than shipped.

Inside the US, the legal status of research peptides still varies by state. It is your responsibility, not ours, to know whether you may lawfully order, possess, and handle a given product at your delivery address. We cannot advise on the law where you are.

If you forward a package abroad yourself, through a reshipper or freight forwarder, you become the importer of record at that point. Anything seized, refused, or destroyed by customs or another authority after it leaves us is not something we can refund or replace.

Research chemicals require appropriate handling. Once a product leaves us, its storage, handling, labelling, and eventual disposal are entirely your responsibility, as is the safety of anyone with access to your premises.

Keep products clearly labelled and secured away from children, animals, food, and anyone who has not agreed to these terms.

We test in our own laboratory, not through an outside one. That is worth saying plainly: an in-house result is the seller reporting on their own goods, and you should weigh it as such. We publish what we found for the lots we have run, see our COA library.

A certificate describes what testing found for that lot. It is not a safety assessment, and it is not a statement that the material is fit for any use in a person. Where a lot has not been tested, no certificate is shown for it and none should be inferred.

Because these are research chemicals whose storage conditions we cannot verify once they have left us, we cannot accept returns on any product whose seal has been broken, and we cannot resell a returned item.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right. See the shop terms for how orders, payment, and shipping work.

If you consume a research chemical, or supply one to someone who does, you are acting directly against the terms you agreed to at purchase. FLAMA accepts no liability for any harm arising from such use, to you or to anybody else, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to decline service to any customer, without giving a reason.
