Paying with USDC
USDC is a dollar-backed stablecoin, one USDC is one US dollar. Paying this way takes a couple of minutes and moves the exact amount, with no card or bank details changing hands.
First, the one thing that matters
USDC exists on several separate networks, Base, Solana, Ethereum, Polygon and others. They share a name and a value, but they are independent ledgers. USDC on one is not USDC on another, and they cannot pay each other.
We accept Base and Solana. If you connect your wallet on the order page we read which one you're on and show you the matching address, so there's nothing to choose. If you'd rather copy the address by hand, check the network name above it matches the one your wallet is set to.
Getting it wrong is usually recoverable and occasionally not, which is why it's worth ten seconds. Tell us straight away either way, the sooner we know, the easier it is to fix.
If you already hold USDC
- Open your order page and choose USDC as the payment method.
- Send the exact total shownto the address on that page, on the network named beside it. The total usually ends in an unusual number of cents. That is deliberate: it is how we match your payment to your order, so please don't round it.
- Copy the transaction hash or signature your wallet gives you and paste it into the box on your order page.
We confirm it landed and your order moves to paid, usually within a few minutes.
If you don't hold any crypto
Then this isn't the way to pay, and setting up an exchange account just to place one order isn't worth your evening.
Go back to your order and use Zelle or Venmoinstead, both send from an app you already have, in seconds, with nothing to install. If you're in Colorado, you can also pay cash when we deliver.
If something goes wrong
Sent the wrong amount, sent on the wrong network, or the order page still shows unpaid an hour later, email us with your order reference and the transaction hash or signature. A short payment we can see on the ledger is not a lost order; we will tell you what is missing and hold the order while you fix it.
Crypto payments are final once sent, there is no chargeback, on any network. Our refund commitment covers you instead: if an order doesn't arrive or isn't as described, we refund you directly.
